About the house: Renovated this year - nice carpet, bathroom, kitchen (induction stove). One huge bedroom and two also very big bedrooms. Lounge is the size of a dining area - not really a big communal area. Great location for uni and town and grocery shopping. Reasonably warm, sun isn't the best in the two smaller bedrooms. Fairly expensive given no real lounge, but nice flat and location.

Landlord/Property Manager: If you're a good tenant they get things fixed almost straight away, very easy to deal with and very nice people.

Best Thing: Location, nice flat

Worst Thing: No real lounge, not the cheapest
