      About the house: Warm, doesn't leak and large rooms with ensuites. Internet is poor, and rarely works


      Landlord/Property Manager: Landlord is quick to reply to queries, however takes a long time to fix problems.

      About the house: Really nice studio room, landlord is practically nonexistent however will respond to issues straight away and get them fixed asap


      Landlord/Property Manager: Really nice, hardly ever see her, fast response time
