About the house: One of the better flats in Dunedin, double glazed windows, insulation, heat pump, panel heaters in each room, sweet views, and sweet if you know everyone in the entire building.

Landlord/Property Manager: Didn't have much to do with them, but we had a couple problems and they were quick enough to respond.

Best Thing: Warmth, lots of people around, views are mint, shower pressure is unrivaled

Worst Thing: The hill gets annoying, layout of flat is a bit shit, kitchen is small
