About the house: The one bedroom downstairs is large and hard to heat, but they end up having the downstairs toilet and shower to themselves. The four upstairs bedrooms share one bathroom and the walls between rooms are thin, but only between the room next to you. Each room has good storage but they vary in size from way too big to very small. The mouse problem has been solved, haven't seen any at all. A nice new washing machine has also just been put in.

Landlord/Property Manager: Very nice. Responded quickly and solved all problems within a few days.

Best Thing: Nice and clean, easy to keep tidy. Grreat Location

Worst Thing: Drafty windows and no heaters in the rooms.
