About the house: Rooms are decent sized. The lounge/kitchen gets very toasty even on the lowest setting, but everywhere else is quite cold as our flat does not use heaters as it would increase the power bill, we havent had a bill over $350 this entire year and we have 8 people living in the flat. You do get mould in the shower walls upstairs now that there has been a shower dome installed, but that would probably only happen if you didn't clean the shower regularly. Aluminium framed windows and doors. Even has a key lock box outside your flat door for those who forget to take their keys when going out. Downside would be that the drive is a bit steep and gets quite frosty and slippery in the winter. The bins are a pain to get up to the street as well but its a really good flat overall.

Landlord/Property Manager: We've broken nearly every appliance this year (not on purpose, he said things were getting a bit old anyway) and hes replaced the heat pump, washing machine, oven/stovetop and dishwasher. He has heaps of student flats so he knows how to deal with things.

      Best Thing: Size and layout

Worst Thing: Condensation in winter, from drying clothes inside

About the house: In winter is cold, but same as every flat. Great view, good sized rooms, any bigger and you'd freeze to death. Clean and tidy if you're willing to put in the effort. Nice kitchen and good sized bathrooms/bedrooms

Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord is great, reliable and always willing to fix. Being girls we had something to be done almost every week in the first few weeks but now its great

Best Thing: The open plan, balcony and location

Worst Thing: Cold and on a hill

About the house: Very cold but modern and spacious.

Landlord/Property Manager: Alright but will often not fix problems and takes a long time to respond.

Best Thing: Really modern and great view.

Worst Thing: Really cold, poor communication from landlord and hill to get there.
