      About the house: Warm!!!


      Landlord/Property Manager: Our property manager, George, is great!!! He sometimes comes round within a couple of hours of texting him


      Best Thing: Warmth


      Worst Thing: Fish 'n' chip smell sometimes

      About the house: Very warm compared to other Dunedin flats, haven't had to use the heat pump yet


      Landlord/Property Manager: Only contact property manager but he is very good


      Best Thing: Warm


      Worst Thing: Lots of things break but property manager usually fixes within a day
