About the house: The TV that comes with it was pretty sweet. New owner put insulation in the walls toward the end of the year.
Landlord/Property Manager: New owner took over halfway through the year. Fixed up lots of little things, was quick to have the washing machine fixed when it broke down
Best Thing: Good size bedrooms (no gimp room). lots of sun out the back.
Worst Thing: Bathroom is a bit cold in winter. Oven looked like it was from the 1940s
