About the house: Noise from neighbors above its pretty loud. Very warm, didn't need to turn on heat pump when it snowed!

Landlord/Property Manager: My property manager was good acted fast when there was a problem.

Best Thing: It was close to uni and couplands

About the house: Its north facing so it gets all day sun, which makes it sooo warm! Large separate kitchen, and lounge is massive.

Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord is very fast at replying and she will send a tradesperson over as soon as possible to fix a problem. For example the front windows were quite drafty so she sent someone to put new seals and locks on them that week.

Best Thing: Its warm!!

Worst Thing: By the main road, but you get used to the noise after a while
