About the house: that it warm compared to most flats in otago. bad thing is the house uses a lot of power just to run without heating.

About the house: It's a strange layout downstairs but has a lovely big living dinning room and pretty good sized bedrooms. The house is very warm compared with other flats.
Landlord/Property Manager: She quickly responds when we first make contact with her but then further contact is often delayed
Best Thing: warmth, carpet, living area size
Worst Thing: not very soundproof
