About the house: Separate living room/kitchen is not an ideal layout - and gets cold in winter (like every flat in Dunedin!) So other than that, it's great. Great location, close to uni and castle street, but very reasonable price compared to most.

Landlord/Property Manager: Gareth is great - working for Cutlers, he is extremely professional, and always sends people round to fix things when we need it.
