About the house: That it's insulated, warm, and very cosy, the perfect flat. Only flaw is that it is in North East Valley, which is a bit of a walking distance to uni, and there is only one toilet for 6 people.
Landlord/Property Manager: That is very kind, and will come if there is a problem. Very helpful

About the house: Newly renovated in 2013 features a brand new bathroom and kitchen, fully insulated and double glazed, and comes partially furnished.
Landlord/Property Manager: Landlord is quick to answer questions, fix up and issues (not that there have been many) comes over almost weekly to mow lawns and make sure there are no issues.
Best Thing: Gas heats the water, so instant hot water
Worst Thing: Not a great deal of sound proofing
