      About the house: Good being a bit off the street so not as loud. Cold, damp & mouldy. Small for a 5 person flat.


      Landlord/Property Manager: Gilians pretty nice but not overly helpful if something needs to be done.


      Best Thing: Location.


      Worst Thing: Freezing and mouldy.
