About the house: Quality flat. V warm. Even sized rooms. The bathrooms are weird but manageable. Noise proofing isn't the greatest though.
Landlord/Property Manager: We don't have a lot of contact with her as she lives out of town but we haven't had any issues.

About the house: Warm, rent is steep. Good kitchen, lots of space. Brand new couches means you can't have a party unless you don't want your bond back.
Landlord/Property Manager: Pretty good but lives out of town. Hasn't caused any problems with us though.
