About the house: Great location, very warm and well insulated, but slightly below ground level to can definitely turn into a bit of a cave...There is a small courtyard but since it is below ground it gets very little sun.

Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord is our neighbor so we see him often but he is very good at giving us privacy and helping only when we ask for it.

Best Thing: the warmth and comfortability

Worst Thing: Not super stoked on the community, i.e. nice flatmates but little group interaction or activities
