About the house: Nice wooden floors in the kitchen and hallway. High ceilings. Decent bus services very close. Nice street with many well maintained old houses and trees with pretty flowers on them. A bit pricey. Pretty warm - the windows and doors seal well.
Landlord/Property Manager: Lovely people. Tend to be pretty relaxed about fixing minor problems, often taking quite a while to do so. We haven't had any major problems but I'm sure they would sort us out if there were.
Best Thing: Sunny enough, warm, spacious.
Worst Thing: If the downstairs neighbours are noisy, you hear everything.
