About the house: The kitchen and lounge gets lots of sun. The front two rooms don't get much sun but are very bright. Washing line is in prime position. The house in general is easy to live in without heating.
Landlord/Property Manager: Lives close by so is able to come and get things fixed easily.
Best Thing: kitchen sun
Worst Thing: The rooms are very different, inconsistent in quality.
About the house: The flat is an older looking building but its interior is well kept and well furnished. It has cosy rooms and a great deck looking over the valley.
Landlord/Property Manager: Extremely quick response and is extremely nice about fixes. Is very understanding and is willing to pay for fixes for the flat.
Best Thing: The Deck and the landlord.
Worst Thing: Can be cold if heating isn't on.
