About the house: The studio is really nice with a historical feel with it's unique design and beautiful stained glass windows. It has 11 rooms and 3 bathrooms which are shared. The place is a bit cold (esp in winter) but that is solved with the use of heaters as power is unlimited. Internet is also included in the rent. Rooms are equipped with the essential things such as bed, desk, chair, drawers, etc so you don't have to buy your own furniture. Quite close to the university campus and the med school (about 5-10 minutes walk) Close to fatty lane You get to meet many new flatmates Landlord is super nice ans accommodating No clothes dryer though but you can just dry clothes out on the line The landlord allows you to store your things the previous year for when you come back to live at the studio Communal areas get cleaned once a week My room cost $180 and I had access to the balcony!
Landlord/Property Manager: Landlord is very friendly, accommodating and is very prompt in replies. I've locked myself out of my room a few times and he was happy to help me out!
