*Response to 'About the house'* I purchased the house in June and two of the seven bathrooms had mildew. The extractor fans work well, but of the tenants with those ensuites, one told me they weren't using theirs and I presume the other tenant or the person in that room before them was the same. They will be painted this summer. I can't get painters in unless tenants are away and they were in residence through last break or they would be done already. The rooms are not North facing, but in fairness they have not moved since this tenant signed the lease, and they do have lovely big windows with ranch sliders that let lots of light in. I had the communal carpets cleaned but they didn't come up well, so they are being changed before next term. *Response to 'Landlord/Property Manager'* Thanks! *Response to 'Worst Thing' * Until I read this no-one had told me. It took a 5 minute call to the internet company to sort it out. They said they had clicked the wrong box when I upgraded you to ultrafast broadband, (which I did at no extra cost to you). The sensible thing to have done was to contact the letting agent rather than let us find out about it here! Finally, not sure why we only got a 2 star warmth rating, as they are well insulated and all 8 heatpumps were serviced thoroughly, indeed another tenant complimented us on how much heat they put out, plus the other review gives us 4.9/5

About the house: Very warm and modern flat with an excellent landlord. Answers straight away with any problems.
Landlord/Property Manager: Very nice and friendly. Bought us easter eggs and chocolates during exams etc.
