About the house: Nice place, slightly further to campus from my old place (4-5 minutes), the cleanliness of kitchen really depends on luck of who your flat mates are - mine's a little messy. :/
Landlord/Property Manager: He's very quick in replying your enquiries, although not very flexible (maybe physically) in terms of certain agreements like additional heaters and so on
Best Thing: Everything
Worst Thing: Near to main road, so it's very busy with cars and occasional drunk students at night passing by (can literally hear their conversation)
About the house: Really warm, even without using the heater. It also has really fast internet. Kitchen is pretty small to share between rooms but other than that everything is great.
Landlord/Property Manager: He is very welcoming and will resolve issues at the flat fast.
Best Thing: It's super warm
Worst Thing: You can hear the tenant upstairs, not very soundproof.
