About the house: Pretty warm without being heated. Very little noise comes through the the walls from the neighbouring flats. Noise from the motorway may be bothersome for light sleepers (I never noticed).Gets quite a bit of sun during the day.

Landlord/Property Manager: Excellent landlord. Very on to it with repairs and inspections.
