About the house: This studio sounds amazing from the outside. It ranges in 185 - 195 depending on the room and all the amenities are there with your nice tv, toaster and microwave. Location is perfect. Look at segment about landlord.
Landlord/Property Manager: This landlady comes off as really lovely but halfway during my lease, she started to crack down on the tenants. Almost like a tiger mum situation where they had security cameras outside my room and the studio door to see who would be coming in and out, I felt very surveillanced and watched in that second half of the year. It is a good place to live if you have no social life and have no friends and is a quiet person You are not allowed people staying overnight, it is 20 bucks for 2 days or more. How do they know? Through the security cameras outside and inside the studio.
