About the house: Real cool flat. Reasonable fire and heat pump works well. Kitchen has been updated since we moved out and the landlord is an absolute rooster.
Landlord/Property Manager: Dealt with any problem very fast and fixed anything
Best Thing: Sun and landlord
Worst Thing: Icy to get to uni in winter

About the house: Lots of parking, fireplace is fun to toast marshmallows on but heatpump is more efficient. Really friendly landlord and has put in new carpet and curtains. Great layout.
Landlord/Property Manager: It does get mould in some rooms and downstairs is quite a lot colder than upstairs
