About the house: Only 3 bedrooms get sun but the living room was warm all year round as it retained sun so easily. You can hear noise from downstairs sometimes. You have to share the washing line with downstairs.
Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord was great and fixed things we asked very promptly including buying us a new fridge.
