About the house: Easy flat. Superb private area out front that always has sun . Rooms stay super warm (esp.the 2 facing leith street) & only used heat pump abt 4 times in whole year - kitchen & sun warmed up the room rly quickly.
Landlord/Property Manager: A must-know is the creepy landlord. As lovely as he is, he does constant drive-bys, sweeps outside the lounge all the time & constantly uses the excuse "its only 8/10 y.o/shouldn't be wrong". Keep on his good side, the flat is worth it.
Best Thing: Sun, so much sun. Convenience to uni and town. perfectly in the middle
Worst Thing: Can hear everything from every room. also, no grass or plants, completely concrete streamlined
