      About the house: Spacious, all day sun. Balconies off 3 rooms and lounge Open plan kitchen/dining/living area but has a shared driveway and backyard which can be a nuisance at times.


      Landlord/Property Manager: Most of the time gets onto issues as soon as possible


      Best Thing: Excellent view of Dunedin and spacious flat


      Worst Thing: the sound proofing between floors

      About the house: the walls are paper thin


      Landlord/Property Manager: he is very nice and good, but the flat was in pretty shit condition when we moved in. there were missing cabinet doors in the kitchen, an offensive picture was drawn on one of the walls in a bedroom and it hadn't been covered or anything like that.


      Best Thing: the shower pressure and the sun in the lounge, it soaks up all the sun


      Worst Thing: in my room (directly below the kitchen) I was woken every single morning from people walking along the kitchen floor, it sounds louder than if they were standing in my room. Also my room is probably one of the colder rooms in the flat because of the gorse bushes along my window, they could be removed and more sun would get in I reckon.

      About the house: I love the sun in my room it was the only room that got heaps of sun and the balcony was cool and the living area got so much sun too which made it so nice. the only thing was that the walls are paper thin and can hear everything and footsteps upstairs which always wake you up. The owners seem to have stopped caring about the property and there's only so much the property managers could do so when we moved in nothing had been done to prepare the flat for us it was quite bad.


      Landlord/Property Manager: The property manager did all he could but it seems the actual owner has just neglected the property and doesn't seem to be worried about it at all


      Best Thing: The sun definitely


      Worst Thing: The noise that could be heard in other rooms and sometimes gets cold but what flat doesnt

      About the house: Warm, good sun in few rooms and the kitchen area. Thin walls and can hear people walking around upstairs especially if they aren't very mindful of others.


      Landlord/Property Manager: Property manager is average, haven't really seen much of him and have had a couple issues at start of year that were never addressed. Never had any contact with the landlord


      Best Thing: one room gets lots of sun when there is sun which was mine


      Worst Thing: thin walls
