      About the house: Very warm, double glazed and insulated. Room sizes are very variable though, some amazing, some tiny.The best shower pressure ever. Feels like home :)


      Landlord/Property Manager: Very friendly! Will sort major issues very quickly!


      Best Thing: Shower and warmth


      Worst Thing: Having to leave

      About the house: Two of the rooms are huge, as in waaay bigger than the other 5. It's in super good nick for a flat that's like 100 years old, the upstairs bedrooms get super nice sun but the living room/kitchen tends to be dark.


      Landlord/Property Manager: Lovely lady, didn't have an inspection all year but kept in contact throughout


      Best Thing: The location


      Worst Thing: Small living area

      About the house: Despite getting sun the insulation is not very good so the rooms are cold. The living room doesn't get much sun so it is best to hang out in the other rooms! Great location!


      Landlord/Property Manager: Great at getting back to us about issues but takes a long time to actually get them sorted


      Best Thing: Being so close to uni, town and the gym


      Worst Thing: How surprisingly cold it was!

      About the house: Very, very cold and no insulation plus a poorly placed heat pump not worth turning on. Loud. Dark. Room sizes vary significantly. Very convenient location though.


      Landlord/Property Manager: Reasonably helpful but sometimes have to chase them up to fix things or remind them about various requests. Still nice people though.


      Best Thing: Location


      Worst Thing: Cold and run down

      Worst Thing: some rooms get no sunlight
