About the house: Clean, functional kitchen, new bathroom. Bedrooms are on the small side but both have wardrobes. Heatpump is great, house is small so cheap to heat, cosy. Noise carries from upstairs flat, you can hear their feet all the time and conversations too!

Landlord/Property Manager: Property manager is lovely, easy to work with and gets on to issues quickly.
